Note:

This release is still manual.
Torrent generation and gofile uploading is now hands-free, but invoking the template and punting the files to the remote aren't yet.
The torrent name was also manually edited this time around.

The magnet link name formatting may be slightly different from before.
Was previously using mktorrent plus some hand-rolled code to generate a magnet link from the torrent.
Now using https://github.com/rndusr/torf to handle torrent generation so it integrates with the rest of the stack, but it does differ in using `quote_plus` instead of `quote`.

Start time also needed to be fixed in the report (previously displayed the scheduled start time instead of the actual).
